Director of «FAT-AGRO» LLC Zaur Marzoev and Vice-Rector for Educational Work of the Gorsky State Agrarian University Oleg Gogaev signed a long-term cooperation agreement. The agreement opens up broad prospects for both sides.

First of all, it is an opportunity to develop advanced farming methods using biotechnologies on the basis of the best agricultural enterprise of the republic. The commonality of science and agriculture in the modern world has acquired strategic importance, Zaur Marzoev noted. Therefore, the construction of bridges of cooperation with the best educational institutions of the republic will continue further.

According to Irina Azimova, director of the corporate university of «Bavaria», within the framework of the signed agreement, students of the Gorsky Agrarian University will have the opportunity not only to undergo practical training, but also to gain a visible prospect of employment at an advanced enterprise.

"We are planning to update all agreements on cooperation in matters of practical training. «FAT-AGRO» has been cooperating with educational organizations for a long time, but now we plan to move to another level: the company will accept future specialists for practical training, who will be able to find a job in the future. During the internship, mentors will select the best students and recommend them." Joint research activities, organization of industrial practice and subsequent employment of the best students of the agrarian University, development of biotechnologies in agriculture – the cooperation of the advanced agricultural enterprise «FAT-AGRO» and the oldest agrarian university of the republic will undoubtedly be fruitful.
