The increasing modernization of the economy requires a change in the strategy of any company. Adaptation to new conditions requires a significant restructuring of the personnel management system. In these conditions, personnel training becomes a key element of the personnel management process. We are convinced that specialists who are able to move digging forward do not come from outside, they need to be created inside the company. That is why at the end of 2021, the Corporate University of "Bavaria" appeared.

The main difference between a corporate university and a training center that has been functioning in the company for many years is that the center trains and improves the qualifications of an employee, and a corporate university should ensure the proactive nature of training and work for the future - to give knowledge and competencies to employees taking into account the company's development strategy.

Despite the difficult situation in the economy, which causes the need for business to reduce personnel costs, the management of our Company in the modern competition for resources made a choice in favor of preserving and accumulating human capital, investing in the development of corporate training programs and the creation of its own corporate university.

The education that the Corporate University will provide is closely related to practical activities. The main skills (and values) that will be acquired in the learning process are the ability to work in a team, express your own opinion and respect the opinion of others, strive to conduct activities aimed at the development of the Company. It is important for us that all employees of the company, regardless of the industry in which they work, are covered by internal training.

The Corporate University plans to ensure its presence on the Internet: websites, accounts and communities in social networks, channels in messengers and video services, podcasts ― all these means of communication with stakeholders are a necessary tool for building and maintaining the reputation of a Corporate University in the face of increasing competition for students and the best employees.

The development strategy of the Corporate University of "Bavaria" until 2030 defines the main goals of its development aimed at transforming the Company into a self-learning organization, increasing the value of the results of activities and ensuring the competitiveness of the services of the Corporate University.
